Harbin Ice Festival, China
The Harbin Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival, held annually in Heilongjiang province, Northeast China, features life size replicas of famous art and architecture constructed entirely from compacted snow and ice. The province borders Siberia and is subject to extremely cold winters.
